About me
Kateryna Moskalenko is a PhD in Law, Associate Professor, and an expert in the field of reproductive law. Since 2012, she has been working at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv as an assistant at the Department of Civil Law, and since 2019, as an associate professor of the said department. Kateryna Moskalenko is also an attorney at law and a member of the Family Law Center of the Higher School of Advocacy.
She has been dealing with the problems of reproductive law since 2015, is the author of more than 70 scientific publications, and constantly participates in international and national scientific events. In 2022-2024, she was a visiting researcher at the priority university program 'Human Reproduction Reloaded' at the University of Zurich (Switzerland). In 2025-2026, she won a research grant from the Virtual University for Advanced Studies (Germany) to conduct research on posthumous human reproduction.
Kateryna Moskalenko has delivered open lectures on reproductive law at the University of Zurich (Switzerland) and Sciences Po College in Reims (France), and has repeatedly been a lecturer at advanced training events for lawyers and doctors.
She has experience in performing scientific research commissioned by the non-profit sector (e.g., NGO 'Generation of Mothers Lada' and NGO 'Safe Birth'). She helps clients, including foreign ones, become happy parents in Ukraine, and also consults healthcare institutions!
